Line Scan Lens

Line scan lens is an optical device widely used in industrial inspection, medical imaging, printing equipment, etc. It works similarly to a camera lens, but is designed to capture images along one or more lines and convert them into digital signals for  subsequent processing. Structure of a line scan lens Line scan lenses usually consist of multiple lenses, equipped with appropriate optical cascade systems and sensors. The design and arrangement of the lenses ensures clear imaging along a narrow and long area. Working principle of line scan lenses When an object moves through the lens area, the lens captures the projection of the entire object along the line. The light passes through the lens system and is imaged on the sensor, which converts the light signal into a digital signal to form a two-dimensional pixel array data. Application fields of line scan lenses Line scan lenses are widely used in various fields, including industrial quality inspection, medical imaging, printing equipment, geological exploration, etc., to capture and analyze image data along a line.
