Industrial Microscope Lenses

Industrial microscope lens is one of the core components of industrial microscope, which is mainly used to observe, analyze and measure tiny objects or surface details. It has a wide range of applications in manufacturing, material science, electronics industry, biomedicine and other fields. The main function of industrial microscope lenses is to magnify tiny objects and make their details clearly visible, which is convenient for observation, analysis and measurement. Specific functions include: Magnify objects: magnify tiny objects to a size visible to the naked eye. Improve resolution: clearly display the details and structure of objects. Provide contrast: enhance the contrast of images through optics or special technology. Support measurement: combine with measurement software to achieve accurate dimensional measurement. According to different application requirements, industrial microscope lenses can be divided into the following categories: (1)Classification by magnification Low-power lens: The magnification is usually between 1x-10x, suitable for observing larger objects or overall structures. Medium-power lens: The magnification is between 10x-50x, suitable for observing medium-sized details. High-power lens: The magnification is between 50x-1000x or higher, suitable for observing tiny details or microscopic structures. (2)Classification by optical design Achromatic lens: Corrected chromatic aberration, suitable for general observation. Semi-apochromatic lens: Further corrected chromatic aberration and spherical aberration, higher image quality. Apochromatic lens: Highly corrected chromatic aberration, spherical aberration and astigmatism, best image quality, suitable for high-precision observation. (3)Classification by working distance Long working distance lens: Long working distance, suitable for observing spaces with height or requiring operation. Short working distance lens: has a short working distance and is suitable for high magnification observation. (4)Classification by special function Polarizing lens: used to observe materials with birefringence properties, such as crystals, fibers, etc. Fluorescence lens: used to observe fluorescently labeled samples, often used in the biomedical field. Infrared lens: used for observation under infrared light, suitable for analysis of special materials.
